Service Description

Can be used to assess neck, shoulder, knee or back pain with swimming. Used to make assessments of your swimming style. I can assess biomechanics patterns to decrease pain, prevent injury or progress towards a personal goal. Send me digital video including just a couple minutes of comfortable swimming from the side and front views (preferably underwater, though overwater is fine). I will upload the videos and break them down frame by frame and the devise a personalized sports program developed for (and with) you.
